We manufacture foam casting models for press tools, trimming and shaping tools (prototype tools from polystyrene) for mold tools and machine construction.
The cast is fabricated using high-performance, precision CNC portal milling by Solid-Data (CATIA) NC data sets or from conventional 2D drawings.
The models can be manufactured and assembled in segments.
We use the fully evaporable model foam VFG 18, a microporous polystyrene foam (Styrofoam) with good processing properties.
